Staff Diane Aman

Diane moved from Idaho to Arizona in 1985 when she transferred to the area with AT&T.  She was a manager with Mountain Bell and AT&T for over 23 years.  During her career with the telephone company, she held a variety of management positions – supervising call center employees and large business order groups, training, wrote procedures, and sales to name a few.  Her first position in the Phoenix area was to open a temporary employment office and hire over 200 employees for a new call center.  One of her favorite positions was when she was the 800 Service Specialist for AT&T business services for Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah.  She was honored when she was selected as a Circle of Excellence winner while employed with AT&T.  She took a buy-out offer from AT&T in the mid 90’s.  The many training classes and labor relations advise she received while employed with Mountain Bell and AT&T prepared her for the second part of her career. 

Diane has been with Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley for eight years since 2004.  She began working for us as the Administrative Assistant at our Charter School and moved in to the Human Resources Department in 2006 where she enjoys working with all of our employees on a wide variety of issues.  Diane earned her certification as a Professional in Human Resources in 2009.
